Growing up, I would vacation to Hawaii with my family and my favorite dessert on the island was shave ice! Shave ice is much different than a snow cone. Our machine grinds the ice so fine that the ice comes out like a cloud of REAL snow. 

After graduating from Chico State University, I decided to return back to my home town in Southern California, and open up my own shave ice mobile business. My wife and I with the help of our family have been able to start this goal of mine. We are able to bring shave ice to your special events, community events and company events as well. 

In the future, we hope to learn and grow more as business owners with all the love and support from our family, friends and especially our customers.
