Growing up, some of my favorite memories were family vacations to Hawaii—especially enjoying delicious, refreshing shave ice. It quickly became my favorite island treat. Unlike a typical snow cone, shave ice is made using a specialized machine that creates a soft, fluffy texture—like freshly fallen snow—allowing every bite to soak up flavor and melt in your mouth.

After graduating from Chico State University, I returned to my hometown in Southern California with a dream: to bring a little piece of the islands back home. With the love and support of my wife and family, we launched our very own mobile shave ice business.

Now, we proudly serve at birthday parties, community gatherings, company events, and more—helping create cool, fun memories wherever we go.
