Some of my favorite childhood memories come from family vacations to Hawaii—especially the moments spent enjoying a cold, refreshing shave ice under the warm island sun. It quickly became my favorite treat.

Unlike a traditional snow cone, authentic shave ice is made using a special machine that shaves the ice into a soft, fluffy texture—like freshly fallen snow. This allows the ice to soak up every flavor and melt in your mouth with every bite.

Those memories inspired a dream: to bring a little piece of the islands back home to Southern California.

With the love and support of my wife and family, Mini Icebergs Shave Ice was born. What started as a simple idea has grown into a mobile shave ice business dedicated to bringing fun, refreshing treats to our community.

Today, Mini Icebergs proudly serves birthday parties, school events, company gatherings, festivals, and community celebrations, helping create cool memories wherever we go.
